Wheatland Terrace
Wheatland Terrace, located at 4006 24th Avenue South, is a three-story, 60-unit apartment building offering licensed assisted living services. Wheatland Terrace provides 24-hour awake staff to meet both scheduled and unscheduled needs of its tenants.
 Wheatland Terrace is just one part of the 4000 Valley Square campus, which includes elegant senior apartments and a unique and friendly nursing home. Wheatland Terrace is connected to the "heart" of the facility known as Town Square. In Town Square tenants may enjoy the library, coffee shop, hair salon, and religious opportunities, all without going outdoors. All facilities on the 4000 Valley Square campus are smoke-free.

 They will enjoy the privacy and comfort of their own apartment, three restaurant-style meals daily, weekly housekeeping, transportation to medical appointments and shopping, 24-hour staffing, and social and spiritual programming. All utilities except for cable TV and telephone are included in the rent.
Personal care services are contracted separately and customized to meet your loved one's needs and desires. These services are offered through various packages depending on the level of service needed and/or desired. By combining housing, personal and healthcare services, Wheatland Terrace has everything needed to live safely and comfortably. Some of the many services available include assistance with medications, bathing assistance, laundry, dressing, as well unscheduled needs. Our commitment is to help your loved one with the services they need while preserving their privacy, dignity, and autonomy.
 Wheatland Terrace apartments range from 442 to 903 square feet in size. Your loved one will have the opportunity to choose from studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens. The advantage of month-to-month leases allows for "trying it out" before any permanent moving decisions are made. We also have furnished apartments for short-term stays, which can be rented on a daily basis.
At Wheatland Terrace an application for tenancy must be completed, and your loved one will have an interview that includes an evaluation of need. We will also need a brief medical history from a physician, and all tenants will be required to have a local physician.
There is an increasing number of long term care policies paying in assisted living facilities. If your loved one has a long term care policy please check with your insurance agent regarding possible coverage as a tenant of Wheatland Terrace.

Tufte Manor Tufte Manor, located at 3300 Cherry Street, is a one-story, 71-unit building offering licensed assisted living services. Tufte Manor provides 24-hour awake staff to meet both scheduled and unscheduled needs of its tenants.
 Nestled in the midst of a quiet neighborhood, Tufte Manor is a sprawling one-level facility located on five acres of beautiful landscaped grounds. Its longevity in the community boasts a long history of delivering quality care and services to those it serves.
If you have a loved one who finds it increasingly difficult to live independently, you will want to inquire into the services that we offer. At Tufte Manor our goal is to help your loved one live as independently as possible, but with the help they need, when they need it. Help may be summoned through the emergency call system, anytime day or night. They will enjoy the privacy and comfort of their unit, while having access to several social areas located throughout the facility.
